Our Galavnised Steel Buildings make the ideal solution for structures up to 20 metres wide and 6.5m eaves and are designed in accordance with all British Standards.
The lightweight design helps to reduce the overall build cost without compromising on strength or rigidity. Our software takes full account of wind and snow load factors applicable to site location and elevation.

Our galvanised buildings use high yield cold rolled materials to form the main frame and secondary support steel. Cold Rolled steel is now more widely used in structures due to the advancement in materials and rolling capacities, which can help to reduce the frame weight by up to 40% over a hot rolled building. This weight reduction can speed up erection time on site and virtually eliminate the need for heavier, more expensive plant equipment providing further savings on erection costs. The lightweight sections also make this the building of choice for sites with poor vehicle access as parts can be manually handled easily.

Our Software creates Cam files that are feed straight into the manufacturing processes, reducing scope for human error, achieving an accurate quality component every time.
Our galvanised kit buildings are supplied with galvanised roller shutters, insulated roller shutters, personnel & fire doors if required and all fixings needed to complete the frame and cladding.

If durability is more important, we offer Plastisol cladding sheets with leather grain effect. The Plastisol can also be supplied as part of an insulated built up system and finally we offer a composite panel cladding system for maximum U-values and easy installation.
